I contacted the seller and wow she was soooooo helpful. She worked with me and was able to rush shipped them to me. They arrived a day before the party. Omgggg quality was amazing!!! Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are always welcome, and most items are personalized free of additional charge. Feel free to contact me through convo here on Etsy with special requests or any other questions you may have.
Design Proofs
Digital proofs are available upon request for any items you order with customization.
While every effort is made to accurately depict each item, please keep in mind that color projections vary across a range of screens and are not the same as printed colors.
When proofs are requested, production begins only after you confirm final proof approval. Turnaround times may be adjusted to reflect such.
Postage
Please note that some items may require additional postage when mailing to your recipients depending on the thickness and weight.
Rush Orders
Turnaround times listed reflect the amount of time needed to process and prepare your order before its ship by date. Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method selected at checkout and the respective delivery service.
Shipping upgrades may be available to accommodate earlier needed by dates. Please message before purchasing to see if this is possible! In such cases, the rush fee includes expedited processing as a rush order and shipping via USPS Priority Express for 1-2 Day delivery.
